| Rather than tenants paying a monthly rent, with all other services being treated as extras, the Centre operates a "package" deal whereby the monthly rental charge includes water, buildings insurance and all repairs to the fabric of the building, refuse disposal, site security, cleaning of all communal areas. | ||||||||||||||

| The reception area includes a meeting room for the use of tenants as and when needed along with post delivery, photocopying and fax facilities, all at no extra charge. The room is also suitable for meetings of up to 15 persons and can be rented for between £80 and £100 per day, dependent on customers requirements. | ||||||||||||||
